Ingredients
- 2 cups YAW! Crab Baked Baguette Bites, crushed (reserve some for topping)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
3: Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, green onions, Old Bay, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix until combined.
4: Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of the crushed YAW! Crab Baked Baguette Bites and 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
5: Transfer mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
6: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and reserved YAW! Bites on top for extra crunch.
7: Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Juicy, herby, and easy to make, they’re perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fresh, crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken (lean breast meat preferred)
- 1/4 cup crushed YAW! Baked Baguette Bites Tomato & Herb
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced red onion'
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, crushed YAW! Baked Baguette Bites Tomato & Herb, mayonnaise, minced red onion, garlic, basil, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
2: Shape the Patties: Divide into 4 equal portions. With lightly moistened hands, shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
3: Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a light drizzle of olive oil. Cook patties 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
4: Serve: Place patties on buns or lettuce wraps. Add toppings like feta cheese and arugula, or a dollop of Greek yogurt for extra flavor.
